So this week has been full of exciting things. First of all, Jennifer went to the doctor and they set an induction date - December 3. Also this week, we took Dakota, our Chocolate Lab on a doggy day. After the disappointing loss today to Texas, we went to the dog park and she played with lots of other dogs. Then, she took us to the dog wash on 36th and Robinson. She got quite clean and then we went to the Pet Cafe. She had a good lunch and Jenn and I got Java Dave's. To finish off our day, we went to PetSmart and bought her a cool new hippo toy. A great end to a fun day.
We wanted to take Dakota out and have a day just for her before the baby got here. We've been taking some baby classes at Norman Regional and we now know pretty much everything we will ever need to know about being a parent. So, we're good.
The last thing today is that I was spending some time talking to Madalyn the other day. She was squirming around (like she always does) and all of a sudden she moved to the side I was on. It was so amazing that she was actually responding to my voice. That was really special to me.
Well, that's all for now. I'll write more later.
